Work consist of 20,310 SF of remove existing and construct new 4" thick pcc sidewalk, 3,724 SF of remove existing colored stamped 4" thick pcc sidewalk, 281 sf of construct new stamped adobe tan colored 4" thick pcc sidewalk, 4 EA of remove existing and construct new pcc curb ramp, 334 SF of remove existing and construct new pcc driveway, 312 LF of remove existing and construct new concrete curb and gutter, 1 EA of remove tree and dispose of existing roots, 20 CY of import subgrade to fill in voids under sidewalk, 21 EA of replace water meter pull boxes and adjust cover to new grade.

Bailey street sewer replacement project consists of the replacement of approx. 1,275 LF of existing 6" vitrified clay sewer main with new 8" diameter polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sewer pipeline at various locations. The scope of work also includes removing existing manholes and replacing them with new concrete manholes at multiple locations, removing an existing 8" sewer bypass, connecting the existing sewer main on Hill Avenue to the new manhole on Bailey Street, and connecting the new sewer main to the existing manhole on Painter Avenue.

The heli hydrant project consists of construction of new water facilities (including a pump house, 22,000-gallon reservoir, and 8,000-gallon heli hydrant), pipelines, and various appurtenances).
