The City of Wauwatosa seeks proposals to clean the storm sewer system at Hart Park’s track and field and add cleanouts to the tennis court trench drains. The work addresses sediment and debris from August 2025 flooding and includes care to protect the newly installed Beynon track surface, replacement of missing trench drain covers, and refilling jump pit sand. Questions are due January 5, 2026 at 4:00 PM CT and proposals are due January 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM CT, with project completion no later than April 15, 2026.

The City of Wauwatosa is requesting proposals to replace the synthetic turf field at Hart Park’s athletic stadium. The project follows 2025 flooding, with the turf and shock pad already removed; limited repairs to subbase stone and drains are required, and the new system must include a shock pad and meet current safety and performance standards. Work is desired as soon as possible in 2026, with completion no later than May 8, 2026, and weekday work limited after 4:00 PM starting March 30 to accommodate high school track practice.

Work includes approx. 60 TN of slurry backfill; 16 SF of 5" concrete sidewalk and driveway; 250 SF of topsoil, seed, and mulch; 30 LF of silt fence; 1 LS of traffic control; 3 SY of type R fabric; 33 CY of structural backfill; 18 CY of excavation; 144 LF of sawcutting; 6.0 TN of HMA pavement 4 LT 58-28; riprap; 168 LF of 6" perforated PVC, 4 EA of inlet protection type C; 1 EA of adjusting storm manhole. see outside link.
