The project follows 2025 flooding, with the turf and shock pad already removed; limited repairs to subbase stone and drains are required, and the new system must include a shock pad and meet current safety and performance standards. Work is desired as soon as possible in 2026, with completion no later than May 8, 2026, and weekday work limited after 4:00 PM starting March 30 to accommodate high school track practice.

The project follows 2025 flooding, with the turf and shock pad already removed; limited repairs to subbase stone and drains are required, and the new system must include a shock pad and meet current safety and performance standards.
