The site development including and installation of a new water tower. Work includes approx. 1 LS 3,000,000 Gal composite elevated water storage tank, 20 CY additional concrete for footings, 20 CY additional excavation, 1 LS clearing & grubbing, 85 CY aggregate base, 18 Gal non-tracking tack coat, 640 FT fence, 53 SF 5" concrete sidewalk, 50 LF 4" conduit storm repair, 225 LF 6" PVC SDR-35 sanitary sewer,242 LF 16" water main, 1 EA 16" butterfly valve, 1 EA 6" fire hydrant, 4,250 SY seeding & mulching, 5,000 EA erosion control, 1 Allow SCADA system.

The Project includes replacing up to 10 fire hydrants assemblies (6 as part of the base bid and 4 alternatives) throughout the city, including restoration of the area around the replaced hydrants.

Y; 11 CY 2" asphalt concrete surface course, type 1; 10' fence replaced in-kind (chainlink); 50' curb and gutter replaced (in-kind); 200' 4" conduit, type b, 707. 45, storm repair; 200' 6" conduit, type b, 707. 45, storm repair; 25' 10" conduit, type c, 706. 02, storm repair; 25' 10" conduit, type c, 707. 33, storm repair.
