The project includes the rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer lines through pipe bursting methods, replacement of sanitary sewer service laterals, and rehabilitation of sewer manholes. Project includes the following golf course components: renovation of all sand bunkers, installation of new golf course irrigation sprinkler heads and two-wire control wire with controller and software, leveling and sodding of all tees, select pruning and thinning of trees and underbrush, and replacement of some areas of concrete cart path.
