The overarching goal is to reconnect the city, strengthen the urban core, and foster new development, improved access to jobs and services, and enhanced transportation choices, with a long-term vision extending to 2040. The recommended alignment involves Burlington Street and the Heart of America Bridge to an existing rail right-of-way.
