The City of Mountain View seeks a consultant to assess business compliance with its Disposable Foodware Ordinance and recommend steps to reduce waste and litter from single-use food service ware. The consultant will perform in-person compliance assessments of ~300 food providers, design and administer a survey measuring business attitudes on reusables, and provide outreach materials and a final report. The work includes project management, data collection and analysis, multilingual communication, and graphic design; project duration is estimated at 24 months.
