Lower scores indicate easier procurement processes. Created by Starbridge.
Sole Source: Deprioritize—Monroe avoids sole source; pivot to coops/resellers.
Coops: If your product is on Sourcewell, use it; confirm Monroe’s participation and department buy-in to bypass bidding.
City of Monroe strictly follows competitive bidding; no evidence of sole-source awards (2021–2025).
Practical note: Treat sole source as unlikely. If attempted, expect rigorous justification and approvals under Utah code; faster paths are cooperatives or reseller channels.
