Furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary for the construction of FY2024 Water Main Improvements Project, which consists of approx. 1,145 LF of 12" ductile iron (DIP), 1,167 LF of 8" ductile iron (DIP), and 5,076 LF of 6" ductile iron (DIP) water main, including a 385 LF Free Bore (various sizes), 18 fire hydrants, 23 valves (various sizes), and 96 water service changeovers (various sizes) in multiples locations, and including all other necessary and required appurtenances and erosion and sedimentation control.

Requesting individual sealed proposals for the renovation of approx 9,500 SF of the main public lobby and municipal court office space located on the second floor. Work consists of new offices, breakroom, conference room, filing room, transaction counter, main lobby and a new north entrance with landing and stairs down to sidewalk level. Exterior work includes sidewalks, landscaping and ornamental fencing. The renovation will consist of select demolition, construction of new walls, minor plumbing, painting, replacement of carpet, tile, installation of new ceiling tiles, and other aesthetic improvements.
