Work inlcudes renovations of the existing gymnasium, demolition of existing equipment, fixtures and finishes in the gymnasium, office and gymnasium toilet areas. New gymnasium flooring, wood wainscot, trim and base at the new seating addition. New hvac systems for the renovated office areas, main gymnasium and new seating addition. New lighting and power and fire alarm system extension at the renovated areas, new finishes (t-111 plywood wainscot and gyp Bd Walls and lay-in ceiling at the new addition) and new gyp bd, resilient flooring, rubber base and lay-in ceiling in the renovated office areas.
