In addition, the City would like to increase the threshold for completing a mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet (the "EAW") for residential development. The Consultant shall be responsible for writing the Comprehensive Plan update, as well as providing guidance to the City on submitting a certification to the EQB chair that the City has adopted a comprehensive plan containing the necessary elements to increase the residential development threshold before triggering a mandatory EAW. Prices and terms of the proposal as stated must be valid until May 29, 2026, and for the length of any resulting contract.
