The contractor shall provide all permits, equipment, labor, parts, and appurtenances necessary to construct the new bathroom complete and in working order. The project shall also include a new 5' wide ADA compliant sidewalk, ADA ramp to the Civic center parking area, and restriping of the parking area to create 2 new ADA van-accessible handicap stalls. The contractor shall also be responsible for all necessary utility connections and terminations to the facility, including co-ordination with all utility companies, and the City Superintendent.
