Provide comprehensive services to evaluate and implement live streaming capabilities for city's public meetings. All live streaming services must comply with federal and Florida statutes and regulations, including, but not limited to Americans with disabilities act (ada) requirements, including, but not limited to closed captioning, as well as applicable public records retention requirements. The selected consultant must assess existing practices, equipment, policies, and provide recommendations, technical specifications, staff training and policy development to enhance transparency and communication with the public. 1. Roadway Construction: a. The extension will replicate the existing NW 115th Avenue cross section, including: • Two 12-foot-wide travel lanes (divided). • A 24-foot-wide raised median. • Paved and unpaved shoulders on both sides of the roadway. • Open drainage system with roadside stormwater treatment facilities. 2. Pedestrian and Bicycle Facilities: a. Installation of a 5-foot-wide sidewalk along the south side of the new roadway segment. 3. Lighting and Landscaping: a. Installation of roadway lighting to ensure visibility and safety. b. Landscaping within the median and along the shoulders as required to match existing roadway aesthetics and meet City standards.

Perform street sweeping services. The sweeping operation will consist of removing all dirt, mud, silt, sand, paper, rocks, cans, glass and other debris from roadways and sidewalks.
