The work generally consists of installation of owner-furnished hydrocyclone and compressed air channel mixing systems, return activated sludge piping modifications, and installation, rental, and decommissioning of temporary bypass pumping, piping, and power infrastructure. The estimated cost of construction is $6,250,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional construction activities after the award of the Construction Contract. Only pre-qualified general contractors listed under the bid documents are allowed to submit bids.
