The project involves the renovation of fourteen (14) multi-family buildings, which includes: 29 two-bedroom units, 24 three-bedroom units, and 8 four-bedroom units totaling 52,598 SF. Additionally, it includes the construction of two new Group II Accessible Dwelling Units (1 two-bedroom and 1 three-bedroom) totaling 4,318 square feet.
