Provide HD4 2025 Plant Mix Paving Project. Schedule A: 11th Avenue North (Ustick Rd to SH 20/26) – 4" thick (2-lifts) Plant Mix Pavement SP-2 or better (1.0 miles at 30’ width); Schedule B: El Paso Road (Goodson Rd to Hollow Rd) – 3" thick (1-lift) Plant Mix Pavement SP-2 or better (2.0 miles at 30’ width); Schedule C: Farmway Road (Old Hwy 30 to Hollow Rd) – 3" thick (1-lift) Plant Mix Pavement SP-2 or better (1.5 miles at 26’ width); Schedule D: Middleton Road (SH 20/26 to South Side of Boise River Bridge) Mill & Overlay – 3" thick (1-lift) Plant Mix Pavement SP-2 or better (2.0 miles at 26’ to 40’ width); Schedule E: TBD Mill & Overlay – 2.5” thick (1-lift) Plant Mix Pavement SP-2 or better (1.0 miles at 26’ width).

Proposal is for the contractor to remove the existing concrete bridge with concrete foundations and replace it with a single-span pre-stressed concrete voided slab bridge with reinforced concrete abutments. The road will be closed during construction and traffic will be detoured. Additional work includes roadway approach construction and permitted stream alterations including placing riprap.

Construct a multi-lane roundabout at the intersection of Farmway Rd and Ustick Rd - including relocation of the Phyllis canal; tiling of the Bardsley Gulch drain; roadway, irrigation, drainage and miscellaneous other improvements.
