Work will consists on a new 40' x 60' steel insulated building complete with foundation (concrete pad and footing) (construction site already prepared but contractor will be responsible for testing of compacted subgrade to ensure suitability of site for construction), all electrical, all HVAC, all required piping and drains for the operation of the plant, all plumbing, lighting, three (3) chemical feed systems for water treatment chemicals, 40,000 gallon steel bolted Clearwell and foundation (site not prepared), supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA), two (2) high service pumps, new 8" PVC line to connect new plant to existing raw water line, new 6" PVC treated water line to connect new plant to existing standpipe, all miscellaneous equipment and materials as required.
