Buhl Highway District

The Buhl Highway District is holding a public hearing to present and receive comments on its proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026. The proposed budget includes anticipated revenues from sources such as Highway Users Revenue, HB25 Sales Tax, Property Tax, and interest income, as well as anticipated expenses for wages and benefits, administration, maintenance and operations, equipment purchase, road maintenance and construction, and other items.

The agenda includes a call to order, public comments, and administrative matters such as approving the previous meeting minutes, accounts payable, payroll, checks presented for payment, and reviewing the treasurer's report. Old business includes a tabled discussion regarding the 2026 wage increase and a review of the preliminary budget proposal for the fiscal year 2025-2026.
