Dam removal. Mobilization shall include the purchase of contract bonds and all necessary permits; transportation of all personnel, equipment and operating supplies to the site; establishment of offices, buildings, sanitary facilities, and other necessary facilities at the site; and other preparatory work at the site. Demobilization shall include removal of all unused material and equipment including field offices. Any salvaged material not specified to be disposed of otherwise shall become the property of the contractor and removed from the site. All trash shall be removed as directed by the engineer and disposed of according to local regulations. All work shall be neatly cleaned, upon completion. Demobilization shall include the preparation of all as-built documents or closeout reports as required by the contract. At the completion of the project, the contractor shall remove all temporary facilities and structures unless expressly directed otherwise, and shall remove remaining waste materials of all kinds from the site and structures occupied during the progress of the work. The contractor shall leave the site and any adjacent properties which may have been affected by his operation in a neat and satisfactory condition.
