The project includes repair of existing interior under slab sanitary sewer piping and the addition of exterior sanitary sewer grinder stations and sewer services with associated accessories. Interior work to include, but not limited to, the removal of floor slabs, cabinets, walls, plumbing fixtures, electrical, to allow for replacement and new sewer stub outs as required. All areas to be rebuilt and refinished as shown. Exterior work to include, but not limited to: exterior sanitary sewer piping from homes to new grinder stations with pumps and power, and sewer piping extended to city sanitary sewer mains. All areas to be repaired as shown. Work shall be performed in stages to allow for residents to be temporarily relocated as needed.
