Guidelines, expectations, and timelines were voted on and set, determining that initial meetings would be open, while interviews would be closed. The next meeting was scheduled to discuss interview questions, with a plan to decide on 12-15 questions. The application deadline was set, and a date was determined to review received applications and decide which candidates would be brought forward for interviews. Interview dates were also set, and the creation of an interview question rubric was assigned.

The Auburn Housing Authority held a special meeting to discuss and vote on several key items.
