Includes all new controls for the AHUs (RTU-5 is Base Bid, RTU-6 is Add Alternate), the installation of new outdoor electric humidifiers for each unit and the installation of a new Reverse Osmosis (RO) system that will provide feedwater to the new humidifiers and one existing humidifier that serves RTU-3. The RO system, humidifier for RTU-6 and piping as indicated are an Add Alternate. All controls for the project shall be Schneider Controls and integrated into the existing facility FMS.
