Zitzman Elementary Water Main Replacement (RFP)

City of Temple Terrace

Work includes the relocation of water lines from rear yard easements. Installation of approximately 3,500 linear feet of 6-inch c900 pvc water main. Approximately 5,900 linear feet of old water mains within the row, side and rear yard easements are expected to be grout filled and abandoned. Relocate water and irrigation service connections from the side or rear lot lines to the new water mains located in the front of the lots in the public rights-of-way.

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC)

Work includes installation of approx 27 LF of new 8" water main and 3,851 LF of new 16" water main, and the replacement of approx 237 LF of 8" water main, 8 LF of 10" water main and 43 LF of 16" water main. The contract also includes installation of approx 2,254 LF of water house connections; replace existing main with 8" dip; furnish 8" DIP and fittings; install 4" dip for blow-off leads; install 6" DIP fire hydrant leads; replace existing 3/4 and 1" water house connections with 1" water house connection; furnish 1" copper pipe and fittings for water house connections with single inside meter.
