The University of Central Missouri (UCM) seeks qualifications from professional architecture/engineering firms to provide design services for demolition of the existing Yeater Hall and construction of a new suite-style residence hall (approximately 280–360 beds) delivered under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) model. The selected firm will produce plans and specifications, coordinate with university and municipal stakeholders, perform construction administration tasks, and ensure compliance with the 2021 ICC codes and ADA requirements.
