WSDA Emergency Management Services Training Tools

Seeking a Contractor to provide professional services to develop and design multiple training tools including “Just-in-Time” training modules, incident management/ICS toolbox kits to deliver a series of hybrid (in person and virtual) simulation exercises (including drills, workshops, tabletop exercises, and functional exercises), and agriculture-specific training scenarios for various Incident Command System (ICS) classes. The deliverables of this contract will address strategies for local jurisdiction and response partner engagement and methodologies to increase knowledge of agricultural infrastructure hazards and threats and organizational response structure (ICS) through plan development, exercises, and regional coordination. By designing and developing training modules, exercise toolbox kits, and ICS course scenarios that are agriculture-specific and curating supplemental planning, training, and exercise materials for response partners, this contract will assist WSDA to increase the state's ability to mitigate threats against Washington state's agricultural infrastructure, as well as increase knowledge and ability to prepare for, and respond to such events.
