WRBP SCADA, Communication & Cybersecurity Design-Build-Implement Task Order Contract (Request for Qualifications)

The SCADA System Integrator (Contractor) shall, under negotiated Task Orders, provide a complete, upgraded SCADA system including, but not limited to, updated communication systems and replacement PLCs for the WRBP’s the Franklin Wastewater Treatment Facility Laconia maintenance shop, and 15 Pump Stations. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell SLC 503 PLCs and SCADA servers and laptops are obsolete and unsupported and shall be replaced. The System Integrator (Contractor) shall provide all SCADA Server/Node/OWS (operator work stations), HMI and OIT applications programming and services required to achieve a fully integrated and operational control system. Coordinate the control system for proper operation with related existing and new, provided equipment. Provide programming and configuration to provide functionality for the existing PLC panels while maintaining wastewater operations. System Integrator (Contractor) shall develop the new graphic template to be used with each new and existing graphic. A template mock-up will be provided as part of that document. All new and existing screens will be required to be tested for functionality in the new template. Provide PLC, Cybersecurity, Communications, OWS, HMI, and SCADA programming.
