Summary
Development of a new single-family residential subdivision of approx. fifty-one (51) lots. The work consists of complete public and site infrastructure construction for the new subdivision, including: erosion and sediment control and SWPPP implementation; site clearing and grubbing (including topsoil stripping and abandonment in place of existing subsurface utilities remaining after demolition); common excavation and grading; approximately 2,210 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer main with manholes and fifty-one (51) sanitary services; storm sewer (12" to 24"), inlets, and drywells (approximately sixty-one (61) storm drainage structures total); compacted aggregate base; HMA roadway paving and fine grading over compacted aggregate base; combination concrete curb and gutter; decorative and standard concrete pavement; concrete sidewalks and ADA curb ramps; site lighting, signage, and pavement markings; landscaping and surface restoration; and all required testing, construction staking, and as-built record drawings. Water main, water services, hydrants, and valves are furnished and installed by the City.
