Work consists generally of the work which covers repairs and modifications and all related items required for city hall and police station repairs and modifications. The work is related to a wind retrofit program. In general the work is for the replacement of entrance doors at both city hall and the police station with security type assemblies along with the security storefront at city hall. The work also includes a new ADA ramp and aluminum cover at the rear of the police station. Senior citizen s center exterior window protection and roof replacement project located in the city. The work is related to a wind retrofit program. In general the work is related to exterior window protection; replacement of exterior doors and frames; replacement of existing automatic sliding entrance door along with roof replacement. Certain scope items have been developed as alternates to assist in cost control.

Standing Seam Metal Roof - Roof Areas A: Prepare low slope roof and provide steep slope retrofit framing to provide specified slope. Ensure retrofit framing and fasteners penetrating roof system are installed in a watertight condition. Provide batt insulation over roof system. Provide vinyl faced batt insulation and thermal spacers over zee purlins. Provide standing seam metal roof panel system along with flashings, trim and accessories. Provide snow guard system along eave edge and upslope side of roof penetrations. Provide a complete, weathertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly with 30-year finish warranty. Standing Seam Metal Roof - Roof Areas C: Power broom to remove and dispose of the loose roof aggregate, existing roof system to remain. Prepare low slope roof and provide steep slope retrofit framing to provide specified slope. Ensure retrofit framing and fasteners penetrating roof system are installed in a watertight condition.
