Town of Zionsville
The Town of Zionsville seeks proposals for designing, building, and transferring the 2026 Wastewater Improvements Project, which includes upgrades to the wastewater treatment plant and lift stations. The project involves modernizing unit processes, electrical, and SCADA systems, with a maximum budget of $9.6 million. The winning proposer will collaborate with the Town and Project Engineer, Commonwealth Engineers, Inc., to complete the project under a public-private agreement.

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new centralized wastewater treatment plant including new headworks, grit removal, process building (pre-engineered metal building), secondary treatment process and associated concrete basins, aeration system, blowers, lift station, UV disinfection system, and all necessary ancillary piping, electrical, controls, earthwork, and biosolids removal and disposal.
