Summary
Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) requires a contractor to re-write the code of the DRDC Submarine Simulation Package (DSSP) up to current standards in a modern programming language, and to maintain the software support services. This Task Authorization Contract (TAC) will support submarine hydrodynamics Research and Development (R&D) at DRDC, and will fulfill DRDC's requirement for software development, maintenance, application, and user support for DSSP. The Department of Public Works and Government Services (PSPC) is issuing this RFP on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), with the work to be performed in Nova Scotia.
