Boone County Sheriff seeks supply, setup, training, warranty, and ongoing support for a scalable, fully portable Virtual Reality Training System (minimum two identical units). Mandatory capabilities include support for at least 8 simultaneous officers, operation on a self-contained network, realistic weapon platforms (handgun, rifle, Taser, OC/pepper spray; shotgun optional), scenario creation/recording/debrief tools, analytics (eye tracking, shot placement, lasering), on-site testing/training, included hardware accessories (2 headsets, 4 batteries, 4-bay charger, case, two of each weapon platform), 12-month minimum warranty with optional extended warranty, firm-fixed pricing, and compliance with specified insurance and contractual terms.
