Summary
The vendor will maintain service and or repair/replace GFOQ furnishings, window treatments and appliances. The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, equipment, and project supervision, as required in connection. Task 1. Vendor will document receipt of GFOQ Furnishings and Appliances. The Vendor receive new items for incorporation into the inventory. Upon receipt, the Vendor shall dispose of all packing materials pickup, load, unload, unpack, assemble and install as necessary. Task 2. Vendor will be responsible to 98% accountability, cleaning, minor repair, preventive maintenance and warehousing of government-owned furnishings. Task 3. Vendor shall perform minor maintenance/repairs and preventive maintenance on government-owned furnishings, government-owned window treatments, government owned equipment and government-owned appliances.
