Summary
Complete video productions shall normally consist of elements such as script research, preparation of creative approaches, treatments, draft and final scripts with production breakdowns; casting of professional talent, preproduction planning; sound stage and/or location photography; stock footage; post-production editorial phases, art/animation and motion graphic creation; delivery of final end items to include Section 508-compliant masters (closed captioned and audio described). Requirements designed to support or supplement internal government audiovisual efforts may include any of the above elements. RFQ’s issued to IDIQ holders and resultant task orders will specify whether the requirements are for complete productions or what support elements are needed.
