Summary

The Work shall include approx. install one (1) landfill gas blower (to be provided by the successful Bidder) on the existing landfill gas equipment skid. Bolt the new blower/motor package to the existing landfill gas equipment skid by welding threaded studs to the existing skid; Modify and fabricate new suction and discharge piping. Piping shall be furnished by the successful Bidder and fabricated from Schedule 40 - 304 stainless steel pipe. Existing pipe is 8". Piping shall have two (2) each 1/2" National Pipe Thread (NTP) (Female) connections on both the suction and discharge piping for pressure and temperature gauges. Furnish new ten (10) horsepower (HP) motor/blower skid. Gardner Denver TBT brand (or equal) Package with the following specifications: Gardner Denver Sales Order# 5508792 o Serial# PO25949 o NEMA Premium Efficiency three (3) phase motor; 213/5T Frame; Ten (10) HP; 230/460 Volts; 3530 Rotations Per Minute (RPM). 4" Inlet Piping; 3" Outlet Piping; Belt Driven-Belt Style 3VX; Horizontal Belt Guard. Furnish and replace new flexible connectors and gaskets on the suction and discharge sides of the new blower. See outside link for more details.
