Summary
The contractor shall provide all necessary project management, administration, and conservation services associated with the following tasks: project preparation: review all related documentation provided by the senate, including condition reports, treatment reports, photographs, technical analyses, and materials resulting from the winterthur study. Participate in a virtual kickoff meeting with the cor to review treatment options and finalize the project schedule. Work with the cor to develop and coordinate a shipment and treatment schedule for the project. Final dates will be coordinated between the senate, the contractor, and the senate-contracted art handler. Upon delivery, receive, unpack, and inspect the chair with the art handler and, if needed, update the shipment condition report provided by the senate. The contractor shall notify the cor of any changes in condition that may have occurred during shipment. See attached file.
