Provide potable water tanker services on an as-needed basis. The objective is to secure reliable emergency supply and distribution services during partial or total water service interruptions.
Availablea) Vessel shall have the ability to load a minimum of 240,000 BBLs JP5, JP8, JAA, JA1 or F76 while not to exceeding a laden draft of 12.8 meters. b) Vessel shall not exceed a maximum LOA of 190 meters. c) Vessel shall not exceed a maximum deadweight tonnage (DWT) of 50,000 MT (Re-admeasuring DWT is allowed at Contractor’s expense). d) The vessel shall possess a 10-Ton boom or crane that is capable of reaching both port and starboard side that is of sufficient strength to lift cargo hoses safely. Vessel shall be fitted with cruciform bits at the manifold. e) Vessel shall have a minimum of three segregations with double valve isolation between each segregation. f) Vessel shall be able to machine-wash cargo tanks, as applicable, while underway. g) Vessel shall be able to perform cargo operations at offshore petroleum facility. h) Vessel shall be able to perform cargo operations at anchorage (lightering). i) Vessel shall be able to perform cargo operations underway via fueling at sea (CONSOL) stations and Fuel Delivery Station (FDS). j) Vessel shall be capable of maintaining a minimum Speed of Advance (SOA) of 13 knots in moderate weather (Force 5) while laden.
