The Department of the Navy issued a Special Notice for the BAA JTNC Resiliency Sub-Working Group (RSWG) to host an annual communications threat roundup and resiliency rodeo event from 10-12 March 2026 at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) in Redstone Arsenal, AL. The event invites US Government and DoD civilians, uniformed personnel, SETA contractors, academia, and industry to receive authoritative threat assessments on adversary-imposed communications threats including interception, jamming, PNT interference, cyber, and directed energy mitigation.
