The Tax Appeal Attorney shall be an attorney at law of New Jersey. The Tax Appeal Attorney shall perform all legal services required in order to defend and/or prosecute real property tax appeals relating to those ongoing real property tax appeals and such other appeals or tax matters that may be filed against and/or by the Borough of Pine Beach and such ongoing municipal tax matters in which the Borough has required legal representation by counsel other than theBorough Attorney that may be filed against and/or by the Borough of Pine Beach or other similar representation as required or desired.
