Description: The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division is soliciting responses to establish a list of qualified contractors to provide well plugging and site restoration services for abandoned, orphaned, or non-operational oil, gas, or saltwater disposal wells across Oklahoma.
