Summary
Task 1: Contract Management. Subtask 1.1: Kick-Off Meeting: The contractor shall meet with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and other Governing Board staff virtually or in-person within 5 business days of contract award for a kick-off meeting. Board and contracting staff will introduce themselves and identify their roles and responsibilities. The meeting will cover contractual requirements, including terms and conditions that involve project and financial reporting, as well as protocols governing communication between the contractor and the Board. The meeting also will focus on strategic communications goals and upcoming efforts, along with milestones for areas where dates have already been set. The contractor shall submit a written summary of the kick-off meeting within 3 business days of the meeting. See attached file.
