The purpose of this project is to restore fish passage to Butler Creek, and independent tributary to the Strait of Juan de Fuca. At Pillar Point County Park, culvert #993889 (WDFW FPDSI #'s are used in this RFP) is a fish passage barrier and is tidally influenced. Integration of habitat restoration elements that are beneficial to/required by the civil project will be expected.
