Summary
The State Health Planning and Development Agency (SHPDA), part of the Hawaiʻi Department of Health, issued a Request for Information to identify organizations interested in a forthcoming solicitation to support Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) statewide under the Rural Health Transformation Program. The anticipated scope covers RHIN/network infrastructure readiness, EHR/EMR modernization and practice transformation, provider-facing analytics and technical assistance, and administration of a CHC readiness fund to prepare FQHCs for value-based payment models. The procurement will provide statewide services to support approximately 15 FQHCs and their delivery sites; eligible applicants should demonstrate experience with FQHC transformation and may propose subcontractors or teaming partners as needed.
