State Legislative Representation Services (RFP)

Provide state legislative representation services. Represent and advocate before the California legislature, administration, and key state agencies to advance metro's legislative, regulatory, and funding priorities, including state transit funding, zero-emission fleet transition, transit-oriented housing, and sustainable mobility initiatives. Engage directly with legislative committees, budget committees, and administrative staff on issues impacting metro's operations, capital projects, and workforce, providing proactive updates and advocacy on pending legislation and state budget actions.
