The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1) issued a Sources Sought (36C24126Q0181) to perform market research to identify vendors capable of providing generator maintenance services at the VA Boston Healthcare System, Brockton VA Medical Center. The anticipated contract is one base year plus four one-year options (performance period anticipated 2026-04-01 through 2031-03-31) and includes preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, annual NFPA 110 load-bank testing, triennial EPSS testing, and 24/7 emergency response with a 4-hour response time. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking market information and potential sources for an upgraded Resonant Soft X-Ray Scattering (RSoXS) through station. NIST conducted market research from February to November 2025 and identified XDS-Oxford as the only apparent source capable of meeting requirements.
