The Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation seeks one or more operator(s) to manage two concession stands located at New Brighton Pool and John Hendry Park (Trout Lake), providing food and beverage services including alcohol. The contract term is one year with options to extend for up to four additional one-year terms; proponents must provide a detailed business plan, demonstrate relevant liquor-service experience (e.g., Serving It Right) and meet licensing, insurance and background-check requirements. The operator(s) will be responsible for daily operations, inventory and staffing, compliance with liquor and health regulations, and maintenance of the concession stands during approved hours.

Services include harvest and staging of trees, construction of large wood structures, excavation of material to construct side channels and fill for main stem, and project habitat restoration elements. The stream restoration elements will address the limiting factors for all life stages of Chinook salmon, steelhead, bull trout, and other native species within the project reach.
