5. Counter top heights to be 30” A.F.F. Item 3 cabinet to be 36” A.F.F. 6. Tray slide heights to be 30” A.F.F. 7. Tray slides shall be 8” solid stainless steel on fixed brackets without tray runners. Shipped loose for dealer installation.
8. Tray slides to be located on operator and customer side of cabinet. 9. Food shields to be single tier, buffet style. Food shields to be constructed with 3/8” tempered glass with rounded edges for the guards, tops, and end panels mounted onto 1” diameter stainless steel mounting posts. LED lights. Duke model #TS482, or pre-approved
alternate. 10. All counters to be provided with cord and plug. 11. Casters with top interlocks.
12. Warranty: Two year parts and labor for serving line minimum.
