Senior Center Repairs

Borough of Bloomingdale

Work includes the removal and replacement of approx. 1,600 SF of concrete slab on grade. The new slab will be an 8" thick, reinforced concrete slab. In addition, the bathrooms will be partially reconstructed as the floors will be ground down and leveled with a concrete topping. Other miscellaneous repairs include the following: removing miscellaneous partitions; replacement of ceiling grid and acoustic ceiling tiles in select locations; replacing hollow metal frames and doors; patching and repainting walls; replacing bathroom stall partitions; and replacing floor finish materials in select locations. Both electrical and plumbing subcontractors will be required for this project.

City of Neosho

Work includes senior center exterior painting, sealing doors and windows, installing new steel door on the west side and replacing gutters around the entire building. Paint all exterior surfaces of the senior center, including trim, soffits, fascia, and doors. Removal and replacement of damaged or rotten siding, if required, to including contractors markup. Use high-quality, weather-resistant paint suitable for commercial buildings. (color of paint will be provided). Prepare all surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and priming as necessary. Inspect all existing doors and windows for gaps or leaks. Seal all doors and windows with appropriate weatherproofing materials. See outside link.
