Security Camera System - (RFP)

Provision of state-of-the-art IP- based replacements for its current indoor and outdoor security camera systems. Scope of Work Existing Infrastructure: Current system comprises Toughdog with onsite NVR. System Requirements: Cameras must utilize IP technology, support PoE, offer cloud or NVR compatibility, and seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure. Coverage Areas: Indoor hallways, exterior open areas, interior and exterior gymnasiums, and both interior and exterior sections of the football field. Removal: Vendors are responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all legacy equipment. Technical Specifications Camera Types: Including but not limited to bullet, dome, PTZ, fisheye models. Resolution & FPS: Minimum specifications of 1080p/4MP at 15-30 frames per second (as appropriate). Video Retention: Archival period between 30 to 90 days. Software: Must include provisions for both remote and onsite access. Network: Systems must support Power over Ethernet (PoE) and consider network bandwidth requirements.
