Secondary Process Improvements Phase 1 Project

Description: Project generally consists of upgrades to the district's wastewater treatment plant, including construction of new aeration basins, a return activated sludge (ras) pump station, a secondary clarifier, modifications to existing treatment facilities, replacement of the emergency standby generator, upgrades to electrical and control systems, and associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and site improvements.
