DESIGN/BUILD: Replacing an existing fiber cement panel facade with a combination of prefabricated and field applied exterior insulation finish systems. The work also includes new cantilevered tapered parapet coping and the application of an elastomeric coating over existing portland cement wall finish and accent banding. The demolition includes the removal of existing fiber cement panels, air barrier (TYVEK), 2" and 3" thick foil faced rigid insulation, "Z" shaped furring and tapered parapet coping as required to expose the existing gypsum building sheathing and concrete masonry back up wall construction. The new EIFS systems will be adhered to the existing gypsum building sheathing and concrete masonry back up wall construction.

Contractor shall provide a fire watch if existing system is not Operational at the end of each work day, When the new fire alarm system is complete and fully operational, then remove The existing fire alarm system completely. This includes existing panels, Dialers, power supplies, and devices. Return all existing fire alarm devices to Owner.
