Summary
The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to develop the San Diego Freight Resilience Plan, a project funded through the Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant Strategic Partnerships program. The selected consultant will produce a Plan and implementation toolkit that guides the San Diego region and its interregional partners in strengthening the resilience of the multimodal freight network and improving preparedness for supply-chain disruptions. The Plan will identify critical freight assets, assess vulnerabilities and risks, and develop priority strategies, projects, and policies to support preparedness, response, and recovery in the event of catastrophic disruptions.
